This apartment was incredible! It was spotless! Location was incredible, close to everything!I know Rincon area very well, staying at this location was very easy to get around. The host welcomed us and explained everything. Facilities are so friendly! I will definitely go back to that location.

“Loved every second of it!”

Family vacation with my two “twenty young” kids. Comfortable accommodations, beautiful, fully equipped eat in kitchen. Awesome nicely AC cooled rooms. Great shower pressure. Cable TV, wifi (in case you also have to check email), beach chairs, and beach toys!

Early AM, took a short trip to the local bakery, purchased watering freshly baked bread (pan de agua), brewed a cup of local coffee, then sat on the gazebo...just watch the water & sky and listen to the waves, birds and ocean...

Great swimming beach...right there! Go in the water, float on one of the noodles, and just feel the warm water sooth your body and refresh your spirit.

Took 1 hour walks every day along the sandy shore. At 5 PM drive to the pescaderia... the daily catch? we ran into the most delicious black fin tuna (son and daughter did the cooking) and lobster --Wow!!! Of course, we also enjoyed local cuisine at a few of the many dinning choices also within minutes.

Location is convenient to grocery stores and bakeries. 5 minutes to center of town which is quite endearing. Lots of other beaches within minutes each with particular fun activities... Went scuba and snorkeling (Taino Divers) -- saw 3 turtles, squid, manta ray, lobster, lots of colorful coral and marine life... Rented paddle board, son tried his luck at one of several Rincon's famous surfing beaches. Required lots of sun tan lotion.
6PM...What a wonderful sunset!!! Same gazebo where in the AM had coffee... now sipping a glass of Merlot, was treated to a spectacular scenery. (see photo)

We also ventured inland. Visited Gozalandia (about 1 hr drive) (you tube it) in San Sebastian ( a wonderful rain forest natural setting with waterfalls and swimming pool, lots of launching pads for dives into the “not so warm” mountain water. Well worth it! Also went ziplining at Toro Verde (you tube it Toro Verde – La Bestia) (1.5 hr drive) a) georgeous setting, b) thrilling, c) well run, d) so much fun! .

Outstanding family vacation. Great bargain, cannot wait to do it again.

“Great Place”

Great place, great location. the beach and pool are just steps away. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and fully equipped. We loved the kitchen. The children had a great time. Rincon was a great choice. We highly recommend this apartment.

“Modern, comfortable and clean condo in a great location.”

My husband and I spent our 28th wedding anniversary in Rincon PR. Upon our arrival we were unhappy with the accommodations we booked on-line. I immediately searched for a new place and this property caught me attention. We were so pleased that the owner of this condo was able to accommodate us right away. Luis worked with me long distance to take care of the details. It was refreshing to experience the level of customer service provided by Luis.

The condo is just steps from the pool area and access to a beautiful beach. The interior is nicely decorated and modern. I loved the kitchen so much, the only night we ate out was on our actual anniversary. Every thing you could possibly need is at your finger tips. The condo was well maintained and CLEAN. The property is in a convenient location and you can walk to local restaurants, bars, shops easily. We also experienced the most beautiful drives into the interior on our way to the radio tower, caves and waterfalls.

It was a pleasure working with Luis and his staff. They were very prompt when we were checking in and checking out. They were reachable if we needed them and made us feel very comfortable. We would defiantly stay at this location again.

Thank you Luis and Staff.

“For beach lovers”

I want to thank the owner for everything he did to please us. We loved the place. The beach was a few steps, the Gazebo and pool deck are perfect to relax, enjoy the sunset and admire the view. The apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated, with everything we needed. It even had a wine cooler. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

GREAT place to vacation.

The apartment was recommended to us by a friend and he was excited with his experience. The apartment was clean and properly furnished. The experience was better than expected, just a few steps from the beach, two minutes away from the town.

I definitively would recommend the place.

Wonderful place to stay in Puerto Rico

The condo was nicely decorated, had every amenity you could ask for. The pool was about 10 paces from the veranda and the ocean was about 10 paces from there. Grocery stores are nearby so you could take advantage of the full kitchen or restaurants were walking distance along the beach if you wanted to take it easy. Flipkey and the owner Mr. Perez made it a very easy and relaxing way to book an incredible place for a vacation.

"Very well equipped and organized. Family environment with a wonderful sunset waiting for you at just steps from the bedroom. Great for the light travel, all you need is your swimsuit and the suntan lotion!!!"

Left on 03/31/2013 for a stay in March 2013

Stayed at a fully furnished apartment. I have spent previous time at Rincon and by far this has been the best place to stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern and has many amenities for those times when yuo decide you to stay in it. The beach and pool are sort of private. We loved the sunset and the nearby restaurants were not only good but fair priced.
I definitevely recommend it and will stay here next season.

A nice place for the family to stay in a great location

Left on 02/27/2013 for a stay in February 2013

This was our first trip to Rincon and we liked the Cocerga Beach area. We had a few minor issues with the apartment but feel that the owner will quickly have them fixed. The kids liked having a Wii, and the boogie boards were a hit. The wireless internet was fast and the kitchen was well equipped. The building was nearly empty with only a few cars in the lot at any time during our week. The beach at this location is fairly narrow but great for kids playing, boogie boarding and swimming. Outside the gates the neighborhood varies from very nice newer homes to some older shacks, but we never felt that things weren't very safe. There are lots of roosters in the area so be prepared to hear them early each morning.

We arrived in the evening and met the agent to lead us to the apartment from a nearby landmark. Our delayed connecting flight had caused us to change arrival times and she was in contact with us as we drove into town to make finding the building and checking in after dark as seamless as possible. She even recommended a good restaurant to go eat at after we got moved in. We had a great family vacation for a week and this was an excellent location to base out of to see the west end of the island.

Two couples arrived, hassled and harried and ready for R&R. We got it. Rincon is a little gem, as is this condo. Well appointed, good location, nice beach and pool, and the place was practically deserted. Too bad you have to drive pretty much everywhere (other than beach and pool), but that just means more at-home snacks and meals made in the up-to-date kitchen. We spent a LOT of time in the gazebo by the pool, drinking coffee in the morning and rum drinks in the evening while watching sunsets. This can get very addicting! Restaurants in Rincon are more authentic than in other parts of PR, and our dinners out were fabulous no matter where we went. Credit cards got a rest too, since there is basically NOTHING to buy in this town, other than groceries and rum. Would recommend a night in San Juan either before or after (or both), since drive is a little tiresome after/before a long flight. GPS is definitely a plus. We so miss watching the kamikaze pelicans from the gazebo! And we left after a week, rested and relaxed and ready to return in a heartbeat.

Relax in Rincon!

Choosing a vacation home is always a bit nerve-inducing as you don't *really* know what you're getting until you get there.
This condo is exactly as pictured and described.
We loved the location, which gave us a very authentic experience of Puerto Rico. We flew in to San Juan, spent a night there and then spent a week in Rincon and then two days at a resort in Rio Grande.
By far the best part of our trip was our time spent in Rincon.
The condo is spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and truly right on the beach. There were so few people at the complex while we were there that it felt like we had our own private pool. We had private access to the beach as well, which was great.
The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to save money on meals, though we did eat out quite a bit too. Our favorite restaurants were Ode to the Elephants, Lucky 13 for breakfast (my husband said they served the best eggs Benedict he'd ever had) and Calypso for appetizers and pina coladas.
We ventured out around the area quite a bit, and one of our favorite experiences was visiting Ermita Espinar church in Aguada. We also enjoyed the Rincon Lighthouse and day trips to nearby towns. The Rincon area definitely has a very international feel.
My husband and I definitely would visit Rincon again and would rent this same condo.

We had a pleasant stay! The apartment is modern and kid friendly. The owners think off those important details and leave friendly hand written notes as a welcome! The building is beautiful and clean! We loved the pool side area and the beach! The area is private and safe yet with access to near by date time and night time fun!

My husband and I stayed at this great modern condo for one month and we had a terrific time. Not only is it tastefully done but you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just pack lightly and get ready to decompress! Early morning walks along the beach was amongst my favorites, the nearby resort like hotel " Villa "Cofresi has lots to offer. We took advantage of the water sports such as banana boat rides, jet skies and stand -up paddle. The bar/ grill overlooking the beach is a wonderful place to view the sunsets while you indulge in finger food and drinks at the bar. The inside restaurant has great Mahi Mahi fish, delicious shrimps and of course great rice and beans. Must do : Tamboo bar and grill has great oysters and a view included. For a more intimate , relaxing setting you may want to visit "The Nativo", tastefully tucked away... It's Tiki decor and nice reggae tunes echoing throughout..... Great mango drinks and delicious wings amongst a few to mention. The local SAMs club is a short drive away, as is Kmart and home depot for all your needs. Rainy days calls for redbox rentals at the local Walgreens .Rincon has lots of great eats everywhere and really nice locals you can hang with. The owner was a pleasure and kind enough to give us a call " just wanted to know if everything was ok " . Thank you , it was well appreciated.. And yes, we had a terrific time! Definitely a 5 on our list
